Attorney Robert Murdock has been serving the Las Vegas area since 1990 representing those who have suffered catastrophic loss, serious injuries and serious cases that require extensive discovery and litigation. Mr. Murdock has an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale Hubbell.  He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.  He has served as a member of the Board of Governors of Cedars Sinai Hospital and the Board of Advisors at Chapman University's Fowler School of Law.  Mr. Murdock is licensed in the State of Nevada. 

Mr. Murdock received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Denver in 1986. He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1990. Mr. Murdock is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to Trial Lawyers who have received verdicts in excess of $1,000,000 (One-Million Dollars). He is recognized as a Super Lawyer and has lectured extensively on issues surrounding litigation and discovery. Mr. Murdock is a main-stay in the local and national media where he has been invited to speak on legal issues and cases of public interest. 

 

Sydney E. Murdock Esq.

Sydney Murdock was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada graduating from the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts. She was an intern for Congresswoman Dina Titus, and attended the Congressional Page School, taking part in the United States House of Representatives Page Program in Washington D.C.

 

Ms. Murdock graduated Magna Cum Laude from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and a minor in Peace Studies. She then received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2019. While attending law school, Ms. Murdock was an extern for then-Chief Judge Abbi Silver of the Nevada Court of Appeals, who is now a Justice on the Nevada Supreme Court. Ms. Murdock also was an intern for a prominent civil litigation firm in Orange County, California. Ms. Murdock additionally was elected and served as President of the Jewish Law Student Association.

Ms. Murdock also had the opportunity to participate in the Bette and Wylie Aitken Family Protection Clinic at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law for two semesters. The clinic allowed her to address the unique challenges faced by survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Ms. Murdock received a CALI award in Mediation, as well as for both semesters working in the Bette and Wylie Aitken Family Protection Clinic. The three awards are earned by achieving the highest grade. 

 

Immediately following law school, Ms. Murdock worked as a Defense Attorney for a large distinguished national defense firm in litigation. 

 

Ms. Murdock is licensed in Nevada. She is a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys as well as the Clark County Bar Association. Ms. Murdock is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and sits on the Women’s Caucus Committee. Ms. Murdock also is on the Associate Board of the Anti-Defamation League of Nevada.
